Paris is - surprisingly - known a bit for its history in jazz. Jazz emerged in Paris shortly after World War 1, because many talented African-American musicians appreciated the lack of racial discrimination present in France, unlike the U.S. at that time.
Initially, the French were understandably reluctant to accept the emerging music, as they wanted it to be "their own." However, by the 1940s, most people had accepted it.
La Caveau de la Huchette was an important jazz club in Paris, it played a significant role in the development of jazz there. Many famous African-American musicians and bandleaders have performed there, such as Count Basie (with his orchestra), Art Blakey, and Sidney Bechet. The jazz club is still open to this day, opening at 9pm every day. So, obviously, we will be going there.

Of course, we can't simply give up an opportunity to explore all of the other tourist attractions Paris has to offer. Some places we will be going to:
We will be staying at the Four Season Hotel George V, located in Paris. As for dining, there's so many options to choose from. After all, Paris is quite well known for its food. We would like to go to "Gordon Ramsay au Trianon" in Versailles, and "La Grande Cascade" in Paris at least once.
